It’s equivalent to 10-15% of an annual Marketing Director or eCommerce leader salary on solving typically a top 3 priority project for the year.


What ongoing support is provided?

It’s said it takes 100 days to break or start a new habit. To give you the greatest chance for success, the service includes implementation guidance for 100 days (upon delivery of recommendations). Establishing a cadence of up to three reviews, we’ll review progress against our recommendations, answering any questions raised in the prior month (also unlimited calls/emails during this time).


What’s the typical implementation / delivery timeframe?

4-6 weeks. Time depends on inputs, usually access to data and staff.
